Refund Policy

At Nordova Drive, we value our clients and strive to ensure every journey meets the highest standards of service and satisfaction. Our Refunds Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our premium travel experience.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation window (24 hours for standard services, 48 hours for inter-city and tailor-made bookings).

  • Service interruptions or cancellations caused by unforeseen operational issues on our side.

  • Overpayment or duplicate charges.

  • Approved booking modifications that result in a lower fare.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the free cancellation period has expired.

  • No-shows or failure to meet the chauffeur at the agreed pickup time.

  • Delays or missed flights not communicated to us in advance.

  • Non-refundable promotional or discounted bookings.

2. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued. Examples include:

  • Early termination of hourly service before the agreed duration.

  • Adjustments for minor overcharges or service-level discrepancies.

  • Deduction of administrative fees (if applicable).

4. Special Considerations

  • For corporate or event bookings, refunds follow the terms stated in the service agreement.

  • For flight delays, your chauffeur will monitor your arrival for up to 1 hour free of charge. Beyond this, a €45 per hour waiting fee applies, and such fees are not refundable.

  • In the event of extreme weather or other force majeure events, Nordova Drive may issue credits or partial refunds at its discretion.
