Cancellation Policy

At Nordova Drive, we understand that travel plans can change. Our policy ensures flexibility while upholding the exclusivity and reliability you expect from our premium service.

Standard Bookings (Private Airport Transfers, Hourly Service, City Tours)

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: A 100% charge of the total booking amount applies.

  • No-Show: If the passenger fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.

Inter-City Transfers, Events & Tailor-Made Services

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: A 100% charge applies due to advance arrangements and dedicated vehicle allocation.

Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time

Your chauffeur will monitor your flight in real-time to ensure timely pickup, even in case of delays.

  • First 1 hour of waiting after the scheduled pickup time is complimentary.

  • After that, a €45 per hour waiting fee will apply.

Flight Delays & Schedule Changes

If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pickup time automatically. For missed or rescheduled flights, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid a no-show charge.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Modification Policy

We are happy to accommodate booking changes (pickup time, date, or destination) subject to availability. Fare differences may apply.
